1. Pre-heat or pre-cool the flask with a small amount of boiling water (or ice water) for one minute before use to optimize thermal insulation performance.
2. After filling the flask with hot or cold water, ensure the stopper is tightly closed to prevent leakage and potential burns.
3. Overfilling the flask with hot or cold water may cause leakage; please refer to the water level diagram in the instruction manual.
4. Do not place the flask near heat sources to avoid deformation.
5. Keep out of reach of young children; do not allow children to play with the flask, as there is a risk of burns.
6. Exercise caution to avoid burns when the flask contains hot beverages.
7. Do not fill with the following: dry ice, carbonated beverages, salty liquids, milk, or dairy-based drinks.
8. Keeping hot tea in the flask for extended periods may cause discoloration; it is recommended to use tea bags for brewing when on the go.
9. Do not place the product in a dishwasher, dryer, or microwave oven.
10. Avoid dropping the flask or subjecting it to heavy impact, as dents on the surface can impair insulation performance or cause other malfunctions.
11. If the purchased product is designed only for cold storage, do not fill it with hot water, as this may result in burns.
12. If the flask contains salty foods or soups, remove the contents and clean the flask thoroughly within 12 hours.
13. Do not fill with the following items:
(1) Dry ice or carbonated beverages (to prevent internal pressure buildup, which could make the stopper difficult to open or cause contents to spray out).
(2) Acidic beverages such as sour plum juice or lemon juice (which can impair insulation performance).
(3) Milk, dairy products, fruit juice, etc. (which may spoil if left inside for too long).
